Katy Reeve, the illustrious titles of both National Creative Director of TONI&GUY Australia and International Creative Director are evidence of her immense passion for her craft and natural born leadership skills within the arena of hair fashion.  Coupled with an innate ability to communicate the DNA of multiple brand stories and fashion collections, this commander in chief combines creative prowess with a commendable knowledge of commercial infrastructure and the importance of seamless creative collaboration.
Her dual education roles make her responsible for motivating, inspiring and driving the National TONI&GUY Creative team, a job that keeps her motivated, inspired and driven herself due to the reputable high caliber of the broader team.  Katy is also the key conduit between the UK collection releases and Australia, translating this style bible for the local market.
Responsible for a heavy schedule of national creative events, Katy leads all activations under the TONI&GUY brand, which recently saw their team nominated as an AHFA Artistic Team of The Year 2015 FINALIST. In 2014 & 2015 Katy lead the TONI&GUY Artistic Team during the prestigious BT Runway for Success event.  Working closely with esteemed stylist Caterina Scardino, Katy was highly commended for her ability to collaborate efficiently, interpret effectively and assure maximum quality control throughout the 20-model showing.
As a true ambassador for Hair Fashion, in early 2014, Katy was instrumental in the cementing of TONI&GUY’s partnership with the Australian Fashion Chamber, an absolute reflection of her personal commitment to seek sustainability beyond her immediate responsibilities into the broader hair fashion industry.  A highlight of this project saw Katy design and lead an advertorial campaign within leading trade publication The Journal Mag, to explore the fluidity between fashion and hair design, of which her collaboration with Elissa McGowan saw her claim the highly sought after cover shot position. In October 2014, Katy joined TONI&GUY CEO Dennis Langford for the inaugural AFC seminar series, where she shared a stage with the inimitable L’enfant terrible Jean Paul Gaultier.
