Subscription

Subscription commencement date
Your subscription will commence with the next available issue. The magazine is produced quarterly and you will receive the issue for the quarter after payment is processed. Contact our staff for back issues.

Magazine not received
Laud Magazine will re-send an issue if it has not been received within 30 days from dispatch. If the magazine is not received after this, the sending of subsequent copies will be at Laud Magazine’s discretion.

Domestic & International orders
All domestic & international orders will incur a postage and handling fee on top of the advertised subscription rate. This fee will be calculated during checkout; an estimate is provided at commencement of purchase.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Laud Magazine will issue a refund for the magazines that you have not been dispatched. Laud Magazine calculates the refund on a pro-rata basis of magazines and freight less a cancellation fee of AUD$20. This fee covers the administration costs occurred for processing of refunds.

We will refund your money by sending a cheque, reimbursing your credit card or PayPal facility. The method will be determined by your initial method of payment. Please note that it might take up to seven working days for Laud Magazine to process the cancellation of an order. Further time delays may be experienced from your financial institution.


General
Laud Magazine reserves the right to change any pricing, product or offer without notice.


Privacy
Laud Magazine uses your details to fulfill your magazine subscription and to provide you with information regarding your magazine subscription.

By providing Laud Magazine with your e-mail address when you subscribe, you agree that Laud Magazine may send you e-mails regarding your magazine, as well as other Laud Magazine products, services, events and related information from selected companies. All email correspondence includes unsubscribe links to ensure that you do not receive information that you are not interested in.

Laud Magazine does not store credit card details.

Laud Magazine reserves the right to change any pricing, product or offer without notice.


Submissions to LAUD Magazine for Print and Webitorial
Where you are invited to submit any submission to Laud Magazine you agree, by submitting your submission, to grant to Laud Magazine  the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate create derivative works from, distribute, preform, play, make available to the public, and / or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed.

You warrant that your submission:
1) Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above. It is not defamatory and It does not infringe on any law.

2) You agree to indemnify Laud Magazine against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by Laud Magazine as a result of your breach of the above                  warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on Laud Magazine and the purposes specified above.

You agree that the submission will remain exclusive to Laud Magazine unless you are granted permission in writing to use elsewhere.

Laud Magazine do not provide copies of Print Issues unless prior agreement in writing by the Publisher.
