Hair Notes

IMAGES 1-5
Spray R+Co Dallas Volumizing Spray on 70% dry damp hair with focus at the root. Round brush hair dry over directing at the root to set volume. Tease hair at root before setting the curl in place with a 1 inch curling iron. Let curls cool before brushing them out to create a soft wave.
Section hair from ear to ear and brush up to create the small half up pony. Secure with elastic and finish by rapping a section of hair from the pony around the elastic to conceal. This half up also greatly exaggerates the volume of the hair.
Finish with R+Co Outerspace Medium hold hairspray for hold thats still touchable and soft.

IMAGES 6-7
We transitioned the first look to a low pony. Smoothed and added shine with R+Co Continental glossing wax before brushing out. Secured the low pony with elastic and defined the wave pattern in the pony with a wide tooth comb and more of R+Co Outerspace before finishing with a ribbon around the base of the pony.

IMAGES 8-12
From the pony we used the wave texture that was previously in the hair to help build on texture for her French twist. Used R+Co Badlands Dry Shampoo Paste at the root and through the ends to create grit and hold before teasing the hair.
Lightly teased her entire head as the product has a lot of memory. Then brushed her left side back and secured with Bobby pins up the center back of the head. Then brushed the right side back and place the twist over the Bobby pins then secured the twist with hair pins. Pieces out the volume at the crown and secured. The brushed back her hairline and secured with more hair pins creating exaggerated volume that starts at the middle of the crown. Finished with R+Co Vicious strong hold hair spray. For the second part of this look. Look five we roughed up the twist a bit by piecing our hair at her hair line and used more of R+Co badlands dry shampoo paste.

IMAGES 13-14
we simpler placed a large velvet head band around the twist exposing the volume at her crown and again finished with R+Co Vicious Strong Hold Hair Spray.
